Richard Worthy's USESI to Buy Electrical Wholesalers Inc.

U.S. Electrical Services, LLC (USESI) announced the signing of an agreement to purchase Electrical Wholesalers Inc. effective June 29, 2006. According to Electrical Wholesaling magazine, EW had revenues of more than $100 million in 2003. 


Founded in 1920, Electrical Wholesalers (EW) is a distributor of electrical products headquartered in Hartford, CN. With 22 locations and more than 375 employees, Electrical Wholesalers supplies a broad range of electrical products to contractor, commercial, and industrial customers.


 


'EW is an excellent company and we are proud to have them as part of U.S. Electrical,' said Richard Worthy, president and CEO of U.S. Electrical Services, LLC.
