Hydradyne Hydraulics Buys Tex-A-Draulics

Hydradyne Hydraulics, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, operates 16 branch locations in the southeastern U.S. The combination of these two companies produces the largest Parker Industrial, Mobile, and Truck Technology Center in the U.S., with combined revenues above $85 million.
Hydradyne specializes in sales, service, and repair of hydraulic systems and components. Tex-A-Draulics has served the Texas Gulf Coast for 25 years and gives Hydradyne a well-established business estimated at $20 million in Texas. They recently expanded to cover the entire state of Texas for Mobile Hydraulic Products. They also took on the Parker Hose line across all locations recently.

This acquisition continues the growth of Hydradyne as one of the largest hydraulic and pneumatic, service and distribution companies in the U.S. ($65 million sales in 2004), offering complete design, engineering, fabrication, service and repair. The Houston branch locations will operate under the name Hydradyne-Tad for the time being. The Hydraulics Division will operate from two facilities. The first will have the pump and valve build center as well as all repair capabilities for pump, motor, valve and cylinders.
The Beltway facility will continue to operate as before, with Parker Filter build Center, Durst Build Center, the Fabrication Center, and the Parker Hydraulics Distribution Center. The Tex-A-Draulics North location in Ft. Worth, TX will be consolidated into the Hydradyne Hydraulics LLC Branch in Grand Prairie, TX.
The Houston Fluid Connectors Division and the Parker Hose Store will continue operations under the Hydradyne-Tad Fluid Connectors.
