George Ponce, president of Neuhart Tool Company, will be appointed president of Machine Tools
Supply. Andrea Pixley will head operations as Executive Vice President. Ed O'Dell will remain as president of the National
Accounts Division for the company, which specializes in large scale integrated supply contracts. 'We believe we have created
a very strong management team that will be able to significantly increase market share by using our strong systems and considerable
combined experience,' said Steve Pixley, chairman of the board.
Machine Tools Supply is a distributor of industrial
supplies that concentrates in the cutting tool market. The company was founded in 1987 and developed 'point of use' dispensing
machines for industry in 1994. Since then the company has implemented some of the largest 'point of use' dispensing systems
in the world. Neuhart Tool Company has been in the industrial cutting tool distribution business for over 25 years. They have
secured a number of integrated supply contracts using 'point of use' dispensing systems.
