Reserve Motion Control System (RMCS), is a distributor of electronic motion control and mechanical power transmission products based in Cleveland, Ohio with coverage also in Western Pennsylvania. RMCS also offers value-added capabilities in line with Minarik's own value-added facilities in Dallas, Texas and Anaheim, California. Both organizations' strengths are their strong mix of human resources, market leading product lines and their ability to provide application engineering support to provide complete solutions for their customers.



Minarik will retain the name Reserve Motion Control Systems for a limited time to retain continuity in the market place.



RMCS and Minarik are both members of the Association for High Technology Distribution (AHTD) and the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA).



This is Minarik's second acquisition in the last year. Minarik had previously acquired Motion Dynamics Inc. in Dallas Texas.



Minarik, based in Glendale, California, is a national distributor of motion control and automation products. It currently has 18 distribution locations across the U.S. that focus on sales and service. Minarik is also the leading U.S. manufacturer of 2HP and below DC drives for the industrial market
