November sales of durable goods decreased 0.5 percent from last month, but were up 6.8 percent from a year ago. November sales of nondurable goods were down 1.0 percent from last month, but were up 9.8 percent from last year. Compared to last month, sales of petroleum and petroleum products were down 7.0 percent, while sales of drugs and druggists' sundries were up 1.7 percent.
