product lines and customer types with S.B. Simpson Group. Peterborough is a natural geographic expansion for S.B. Simpson,
moving east from their Oshawa operation. The company was purchased from John Thompson and Jim Fairs, who will remain with
Kingsway in their current roles.

and tested operating procedures to its acquired divisions.

Simpson locations include Ajax, Burlington, Mississauga, Oakville, Owen Sound, Oshawa and Stratford, all in Ontario, Canada.
S.B. Simpson Group Inc. is a privately held Canadian corporation, owned by the Simpson family and headed by Craig
Simpson, President.
