The new company will retain the Ozark name, with Fluid Air serving as a division and retaining its Memphis warehouse and retail operation. The combined firm will offer a full line of both Parker fluid connectors and hydraulics products in Arkansas, western Tennessee and northwestern Mississippi.

Fluid Air was established in 1984, initially as Memphis Connector Specialists, Inc. Harry Tickle, president and founder, will remain active in the new firm as vice president, Fluid Air Division operation manager.
