Distributor cooperatives BLUE HAWK, Embassy Group Ltd., and IMARK Group have announced the formation of the United Cooperative Alliance of America.

BLUE HAWK serves HVACR distributors, Embassy Group serves Plumbing & PVF distributors, and IMARK is a cooperative of independent electrical distributors. The newly formed alliance will focus on improving business practices across the verticals.
The United Cooperative Alliance of America has put together a board of advisors with two board members from each organization, as well as the three respective presidents or CEOs.
BLUE HAWK was established in 2005 as a cooperative of independent HVACR distributors. It focuses on HVACR distributors serving the residential and commercial markets and has 224 members with over 1000 branch locations. BLUE HAWK has 109 supplier partners.
Embassy was established in 1991 as a cooperative of independent Plumbing & PVF distributors. It focuses on Plumbing and PVF distributors serving the residential, commercial and industrial markets, and has 67 members with over 500 branch locations. Embassy has 86 supplier partners.
IMARK was established in 1996 as a cooperative of independent electrical distributors. It focuses on electrical distributors serving the residential, commercial, and industrial markets, and has over 1,000 members with over 2,000 branch locations. IMARK has 98 supplier partners.
