Bradco Supply Buys Insulation Systems

The acquisition of the NC distributor of commerical roofing products is Bradco's sixth in 12 months.

Bradco Supply, Avenel, NJ, has acquired Insulation Systems, Inc., Greensboro, NC. This marks Bradco's sixth acquisition in the past 12 months. ISI, a distributor of commercial roofing products, has three offices in North Carolina, which will continue to operate under the ISI name. Dewey Haizlip, former owner of ISI, will remain with the organization.

"Bradco is very excited about our acquisition of Insulation Systems, Inc., as we believe it will serve to strengthen our commercial roofing presence in North Carolina, while complementing Bradco's existing four branch locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington and Greensboro," said Martin Segal, vice president of acquisitions for Bradco Supply.

Bradco, a distributor of roofing supplies and complementary exterior building products, has more than 130 locations in 30 states.
