Central Welding Supply Acquires A L Welding Products

A L Welding Products has two locations in Washington.

Central Welding Supply, Marysville, WA, has acquired A L Welding Products, a distributorship previously owned by Kirby Lang and Air Liquide America Specialty Gases LLC. A L Welding Products has two locations in Tukwila, WA, and Burien, WA, and annual sales of $3 million.

"The acquisition of A L Welding Products will provide expanded service, particularly for medical and specialty gas cylinders in service in the Puget Sound area," said Dale Wilton, president and CEO of Central Welding Supply. "These sites will operate as the Tukwila and Burien branches of Central Welding Supply Company, with a special focus on industrial, medical, and specialty gas distribution."

Central Welding Supply has fifteen locations, four divisions, two operating companies, and over 170 employees.
