Künzelsau, Germany-based Würth Group has acquired Iowa-based Des Moines Bolt Supply, Inc., a distributor of industrial fasteners and industrial supplies with a strong footprint in the U.S. Midwest. The addition of Würth Des Moines Bolt will allow Würth to enhance its market position and increase its market share in the U.S. agricultural and construction equipment market, as well as benefit from significant cost and operational synergies. Lincoln International acted as the financial buy-side advisor to Würth Group in this acquisition as part of a larger advisory mandate to assist Würth’s acquisition program in North America.
Centre Lane Partners / Shemin Nurseries
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Centre Lane Partners and management in their sale of Shemin Nurseries, Inc. to John Deere Landscapes LLC, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Shemin Nurseries is a leading distributor of landscape supplies and products for professional landscapers and contractors.
Industrial Opportunity Partners / Carlson Systems
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Industrial Opportunity Partners in the sale of Carlson Systems to Tenex Capital Management. Carlson Systems is a leading distributor of specialty tools, fasteners and packaging supplies for the construction and industrial end markets.
Southfield Capital / RCR International
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Southfield Capital in connection with the sale of its portfolio company, RCR International, Inc., to Peak Rock Capital. RCR International is a manufacturer and distributor of DIY home improvement products, including door and window insulation, indoor/outdoor flooring and utility accessories.

Brad leads Lincoln International’s Distribution Group and is a senior member of the firm’s Business Services Group. Brad has significant experience in sell-side and buy-side transactions, recapitalizations and other strategic advisory mandates across various verticals, including automotive/truck, building products, consumer products, electronics, food and industrial, among others. Further, having worked in Lincoln International’s Chicago and Frankfurt offices, Brad has advised North American and European clients on their mid-market transactions, many of which include cross-border buyers or sellers.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Highest Honors and Bronze Tablet distinction.

Bridget is a member of Lincoln’s Distribution and Healthcare teams. She assists in the execution of M&A transactions and is active in the firm’s marketing and recruiting activities. Bridget has significant middle-market mergers and acquisitions experience. She has executed transactions for various client types, including private equity firms and privately held businesses.
Bridget holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
