George Steinbarger joined Raymond James in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President in Raymond James’ Specialty Distribution Investment Banking team. George has completed over 30 M&A, advisory and capital markets transactions and has been working on specialty distribution transactions since 2007.
Prior to joining Raymond James, George worked for a boutique investment bank where he was involved in numerous financial advisory engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, business valuations, and fairness and solvency opinions. George received his M.B.A. degree from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
