Overview:

Acumatica Distribution Management Suite

Acumatica is the first Cloud ERP solution designed for mid-sized distributors with complex financial, operational, and reporting requirements. Because Acumatica is web-based, users can work from any location and access dashboards, reports, and screens that can be customize to meet individual needs. Acumatica applications look and perform like desktop applications, yet they do not require IT knowledge, an IT infrastructure or client software to be installed.

Acumatica easily handles the complexities of distribution, such as purchasing, ordering, tracking inventory, filing orders, and delivering customer support. Detailed access controls assures that only authorized users can see specific screens, reports and objects. Customization tools allow authorized users to change the appearance, business logic and data fields associated with their deployment. Web-based means it can be implemented faster and maintained for less money than traditional client-server applications.

Also, unlike pure SaaS solutions, Acumatica allows switching between SaaS and on-premise deployments as business needs change. The solution can be purchased and installed in-house or as a service (SaaS), hosted in a facility the distributor chooses or with Acumatica in the Microsoft Windows Azure datacenters.

Acumatica Distribution Mangement Suite provides:

Sales Order Management
Acumatica allows optimizing quotes, acceptance, entering, and filling orders to reduce order times and minimize costs. Complexities such as multiple warehouses, returns, credit limits, drop shipments, and more are easily managed.

Inventory Management
Acumatica provides real-time access to available inventory, inventory in transit, reorder quantities, and inventory costs, so distributors can efficiently manage the distribution process to improve customer satisfaction and maximize profits.

Purchase Order Management
Acumatica helps minimize purchasing costs and ensure a steady supply of materials by optimizing and automating the purchasing process.

Financial Management
Acumatica provides robust accounting and financial information suited to distributors looking for a feature-rich solution. Powerful features, including multiple company and foreign currency roll-up and consolidation are examples of this comprehensive system. The solutions includes general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, currency management, cash management, tax management and an employee portal.

Customer Relationship Management
Acumatica CRM provides tracking of leads, managing opportunities, converting prospects into sales and managing customers. Acumatica provides a consolidated view of all client contacts, including web inquires, contacts, outgoing emails, marketing campaigns, business documents, service cases and notes.
