Duncan Industrial Buys Atlantic Tool Systems

Duncan Industrial will continue to operate the ATS locations in New Jersey to support customers in the Eastern U.S.

MRO distributor Duncan Industrial Solutions, Oklahoma City, OK, has acquired Atlantic Tool Systems, Hawthorne, NJ. Atlantic Tool Systems has sold abrasives and pneumatic and cutting tools on the East Coast for more than 30 years.

Duncan Industrial and ATS have strategically partnered on several projects over the last two years. The synergies of the two companies set up a great opportunity for growth together, according to a press release from Duncan Industrial.

Duncan Industrial will continue to operate the ATS distribution center and sales office in New Jersey to support customers in the Eastern United States. Jay Montague, former President of ATS, will lead the sales and operations of this location for Duncan Industrial as its Director of Sales – Atlantic Tool Systems Division.
