Ferguson Makes Two Acquisitions

Ferguson has acquired Onda-Lay Pipe & Rental Inc., which operates from three locations – Midland, TX, Hobbs, NM, and Damascus, AR. The company distributes polyethylene pipe products and fiberglass pipe products and provides installation services. In fiscal 2005, the company had revenues of $38.3 million.

Ferguson has also acquired TNT Sales Inc., trading as Pages Appliances. Pages is an independent appliance dealer operating in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM. In the fiscal 2006, Pages has revenue of $10.3 million.

Ferguson is a company of Wolseley plc, a global distributor headquartered in Theale, England.

Wolseley Canada also recently acquired Hudson Plumbing Supplies Limited. Hudson is a distributor of plumbing parts with three locations in the Greater Toronto area. In the year ended Dec. 31, 2005, Hudson had revenue of CAD$6.7 million.
