Hagemeyer Expands in Latvia

Hagemeyer NV has acquired SIA Kolorits, an electrical distributor based in Riga, Latvia. The acquisition was made through its Finnish subsidiary Elektroskandia Oy, and doubles the company's revenues in the country.
 
Kolorits has annual revenues of more than €10 million and is active in the Construction and Installation market. The company has over 80 employees and a branch network covering the major Latvian cities.
