Lewis-Goetz Buys JA-MAR Conveyor & Components

Industrial distributor Lewis Goetz and Company Inc., Pittsburg, PA, has acquired JA-MAR Conveyor and Components, a regional conveyor system installation and service company in Bellaire, OH.
 
The acquisition will "help us further our goal of being a total conveyor system service provider to our customers," said Jeffrey T. Crane, president and CEO of Lewis-Goetz.
 
Mark Allen, owner of JA-MAR, will stay with the company as general manager.
