Samuel Son & Co. Agrees to Buy Namasco

Metals distributor Samuel, Son & Co., Ltd., Mississauga, Ontario, has agreed to buy Namasco Limited, the Canadian subsidiary of Klockner & Co. AG of Duisburg, Germany.
 
Samuel, Son & Co. operates 45 facilities throughout North America and has locations in Australia, The United Kingdom and China.
