New Twists in Labor Laws
Employers get a break on employee’s “Weingarten” rights

Two cases in 2000 from the National Labor Relations Board overruled established labor laws and had far reaching implications for non-union employers. Last month the NLRB flip-flopped on one of those, the application of so-called Weingarten rights.
