Profit was $40.9 million for the fourth quarter.

Metalworking Solutions & Services Group (MSSG) sales increased by 44 percent from the prior-year quarter, driven by organic growth of 43 percent.

AMSG operating income was $43 million, compared with $14 million in the same quarter of the prior year.
