OneSource Distributors Agrees to Join Sonepar USA

OneSource reported sales of $335 million in 2010.

OneSource Distributors, Oceanside, CA, No. 22 on MDM's list of top electrical distributors, has agreed to join Sonepar USA, Philadelphia, PA. Sonepar USA, No. 1 on the list of top electrical distributors, is a subsidiary of the privately-held Sonepar Group, Paris, France.

OneSource provides customers with electrical materials and components, industrial automation, lighting, switchgear requirements, manufacturing and subassembly, as well as utility products and services. Sales in 2010 were $335 million.

"This partnership further enhances our growth in the California market and truly makes us a leader in that region," said Dave Gabriel, CEO of Sonepar USA.
