Building a Lean Channel
Work with channel partners to get more from technology investment

To capture real business benefits from investments in supply chain technology, distributors must take the lead in transforming their channel relationships. Partnerships with suppliers that include fee-for-service and inventory management agreements have helped decrease the inventory-to-sales ratio by 50 percent in the past four years.
