US LBM Holdings Continues Expansion in NY

East Haven Builders Supply, a subsidiary of US LBM, acquired Millwood Lumber, a full-service lumber yard.

US LBM Holdings subsidiary East Haven Builders Supply, East Haven, CT, has acquired Millwood Lumber according to ProSales magazine. The full-service lumber yard has one location, serving the New York metro area and Westchester and Fairfield counties.

"The addition of Millwood Lumber improves our access into Westchester County and increases our base of long-standing customers," East Haven Builders Supply president Antonio Rossano said in a statement.

The acquisition is the latest for the rapidly expanding US LBM Holdings, which has grown from 13 locations in October 2009 to more than 30 in the Midwest and Northeast U.S.
