License Options
Purchase and use of the 2010 Wholesale Distribution Economic Reports are subject to the terms of the EULA. Pembroke Consulting, Inc., grants to Purchaser, and Purchaser hereby accepts, a limited, terminable, revocable, nontransferable, nonexclusive, nonsublicenseable license to access and use the 2010 Wholesale Distribution Economic Reports, only in accordance with the EULA.
We offer two License Options.

Single User License: This license allows for use of this report by one individual person identified in
the upper left corner of the report. This person may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may
not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any other person or persons. Unless a Corporate License is
purchased, a Single User License must be purchased for every person that wishes to use the report within the same organization
or enterprise. Customers who infringe these license terms are liable for a Corporate License fee.
- Corporate License: This license allows for use of a report by an unlimited number of employees within the same organization or enterprise worldwide as the person identified in the upper left corner of the report. Each of the employees within this organization or enterprise may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report (or any information contained therein) with any other person or persons outside of the enterprise or organization. We will refund duplicate purchases of a Corporate License from the same organization.
