Prophet 21, Yardley, PA has acquired Dynamic Data Systems, Inc., the provider of Turns, an enterprise software solution for medical products distributors and other distributors in other vertical markets.

"As we continue to successfully grow organically - adding more new distributor customers each year - we are also increasing our customer base through acquisition. Both Dynamic Data Systems and Prophet 21 users will benefit from melding of Dynamic Data Systems' specific vertical market expertise with Prophet 21's technology leadership and corporate strength.

Pledging to work with Turns users to help them achieve their technology goals, Boyle stressed that Prophet 21 will continue to develop and support Turns and added that Prophet 21 invests more than $10 million annually on research and development.
