McJunkin Corporation, Charleston, WV, has completed their acquisition of the assets of Envalco Corporation, a -based provider of specialty valves and valve automation. The management team of Envalco Corp. will stay with the merged business, which will operate as "Envalco-McJunkin, a Division of McJunkin Corporation".
"Envalco will play a key role in our expanded offering of valve automation and technical support services," said Bernie Wehrle, president of McJunkin Corporation. "They bring an excellent reputation in the market and years of experience with these products, which will benefit us greatly."

Envalco will relocate operations to McJunkin's distribution hub in Houston, where renovations are underway for a new automation shop and expanded warehouse space. McJunkin currently operates seven valve automation facilities throughout the U.S., which support their network of over 125 branch locations.
