Precision Industries Makes Management Moves

Precision Industries,Omaha, NE, the nation's largest privately held industrial distributor of its kind, has promoted Chris Circo to president & chief operating officer and Chuck Strader to executive vice president & chief financial and administrative officer.
Chris Circo will be assuming leadership of the distribution branches, information technology, and marketing in addition to his former responsibilities for supply chain services and the distribution centers. Prior to his most recent role as president, Supply Chain Operations, Circo served as a senior operations executive at a large Supply Chain Services organization and operated his own consulting business providing turnaround services to many Fortune 500 clients. From 1989 to 1997, he became familiar with all aspects of the Precision business including an assignment as vice president of Branch and Supply Chain Operations. Circo graduated from < Creighton University .
Chuck Strader will be assuming leadership for strategic procurement, product groups, and human resources, in addition to his former responsibilities for finance, accounting and legal. Prior to his most recent role as EVP-CFO, Strader contributed for 18 years to the success of other distribution and manufacturing companies, primarily with the Valmont Industries family of companies, gaining significant experience in both the CFO and COO roles before he joined Precision as VP-Strategic Planning in 1997. Strader started his business career as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick in Omaha after graduating from < Brigham < Young University .
Dennis Circo will remain as chairman of the board and CEO and devote his energies to the strategic direction of the company, select operational activities, and specific client related initiatives.
