The growing cost of providing health insurance to workers continues to outpace inflation and wage growth - not news to executives who have to find ways to mitigate those hikes every year. Increasingly, wholesaler-distributors are placing a bigger chunk of that burden on their employees. One recent survey found employer-sponsored health insurance rates were growing three times faster than workers' earnings and 2½ times the rate of inflation.
