APCO is one of the leading HVACR distributors in the country, supplying multi-family residential, industrial and commercial applications. APCO operates from multiple facilities in the Midwest through its APCO Supply warehouse and Michigan Temperature Supply storefronts.

PMCF served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Wright Tool Company in its sale to Federal Resources Supply. Wright Tool Company is a distributor of hand and power tools specializing in strategic sourcing, contract management and broad-line product selection. It sells to the federal, municipal, consumer, and industrial markets.

PMCF served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Advanced Distribution / Ann Arbor Distribution in its sale to Dicom, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners. Advanced Distribution is a leading provider of value-added logistics and delivery services offering dedicated pool-point distribution, LTL transportation, inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse management services.

PMCF served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Corrosion Fluid Products in its sale to FCx Performance, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners. Corrosion Fluid Products is a specialty distributor of pumps, valves, fiberglass and specialty lined pipe, hose & fittings to the industrial process and flow control markets.

Joe leads PMCF’s Distribution Group and is co-lead of the firm’s Industrials Group. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience including the execution of a variety of transactions such as buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. Joe has successfully represented privately-held and publicly-listed companies and private equity groups both domestically and internationally. Joe is a frequent speaker on M&A related topics and is a member of the speaking faculty at The Entrepreneurship Institute.
Joe earned a BBA with distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
Mike is a Vice President with PMCF and is a senior member of the firm’s Distribution Group with over a decade of investment banking experience. He has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, management buyouts, and financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt and equity.
Prior to joining PMCF, Mike worked for Deutsche Bank and D.A. Davidson & Co. He earned an MBA with distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BS in Economics with high distinction from the United States Naval Academy. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations.
