Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Rotunda Capital Partners and Munch’s Supply in the sale of the company to Ridgemont Equity Partners. Founded in 1956, Munch is a leading supplier of HVAC equipment to residential and commercial customers.
Riverside Company The Riverside Company / iAutomation

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to The Riverside Company in its sale of iAutomation to Saw Mill Capital. iAutomation is the leading designer and distributor of highly engineered automation solutions for original equipment manufacturers. It helps customers to identify, select, procure, apply and operate sophisticated components used to automate machinery.
Inox de Cataluna Inox de Cataluña / Buenaventura Giner

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Inox de Cataluña, S.L. in the sale of Buenaventura Giner, S.A. to IPH Group, owned by PAI Partners. Buenaventura Giner is the leading MRO service provider offering a wide range of industrial mechanical components and associated technical and logistics services.


Wurth Group Würth Group / House of Threads

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Künzelsau, Germany-based Würth Group in the acquisition of House of Threads, Inc., a Birmingham, Alabama-based provider of assembly material and other C-parts to OEM and commercial construction companies across Southeast U.S. and central Mexico. This is the second completed transaction for which Lincoln International has advised Würth Group as part of a larger advisory mandate to assist Würth Group on its acquisition program in North America. The first one was the acquisition of Iowa-based Des Moines Bolt Supply, Inc., a distributor of industrial fasteners and supplies, in October 2015.
Centre Lane Centre Lane Partners / Shemin Nurseries 

Lincoln International acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Centre Lane Partners and management in their sale of Shemin Nurseries, Inc. to John Deere Landscapes, which subsequently rebranded as SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE:SITE). Shemin Nurseries is a leading distributor of landscape supplies and products for professional landscapers and contractors.

Brad leads Lincoln International’s Distribution Group and is a senior member of the firm’s Business Services Group. Brad has significant experience in sell-side and buy-side transactions, recapitalizations and other strategic advisory mandates across various verticals, including automotive/truck, building products, consumer products, electronics, food and industrial, among others. Further, having worked in Lincoln International’s Chicago and Frankfurt offices, Brad has advised North American and European clients on their mid-market transactions, many of which include cross-border buyers or sellers.

Brad holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Highest Honors and Bronze Tablet distinction.
