Harris Williams advised Womack Electric Supply (Womack) on its sale to Crescent Electric Supply Company. Womack is a leading electrical distributor providing products and services to commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and energy end markets.

With expertise in various distribution models, including route-based distributors, branch-based distributors, and specialty catalog and direct marketing models, the firm’s Specialty Distribution Group has closed over 30 transactions since 2014.
Mr. Baltimore joined Harris Williams in 2001. Over the past decade, Mr. Baltimore has advised clients on a variety of assignments including acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he worked as an investment banker at First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) and in a variety of roles at American Power Conversion, a leading technology company.
Mr. Lewis joined Harris Williams in 2000 and has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. Lewis was in London helping to launch Harris Williams' international efforts.
Mr. Lewis joined Harris Williams following the completion of an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Lewis earned an A.B., cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College. Previous experience includes work as an Associate at Carlisle, Fagan, Gaskins & Wise, Inc. Mr. Lewis lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
Mr. Lucas is a managing director in Harris Williams’ Business Services Group. Mr. Lucas joined Harris Williams in 2002 and has spent his entire career advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities. Mr. Lucas’ experience prior to Harris Williams includes investment banking with J.P. Morgan and Robinson-Humphrey, as well as private equity with Graham Partners.
Mr. Lucas earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. He lives in Richmond with his wife and three children.
