T.J. Monico, Head of Industrial Distribution Investment Banking, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.
T.J. Monico manages KeyBanc Capital Markets’ (KBCM) diversified manufacturing and distribution investment banking practices and has completed more than 100 investment banking and capital markets transactions across the industrial and energy sectors. More specifically, Mr. Monico leads KBCM’s industrial distribution practice, delivering strategic ideas, advisory services and debt and equity capital to middle market companies in the sector. In the last twelve months, selected clients have included Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, Kenan Advantage Group, Rugby Architectural Building Products, OMERS Private Equity and Tailwind Capital.
Mr. Monico received a B.S. in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a native of Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Pepper Pike, Ohio with his wife, Rebecca and son, Weston.
Don Bramley, Managing Director, Audax Private Equity
Before becoming a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, Don was a partner with The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm, where he advised senior executives at major companies on a broad spectrum of business issues, including corporate and business unit strategy, profit improvement, merger integration and acquisition due diligence. Don received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Eric joined MDM as Associate Editor in September 2014. A native of Memphis, TN, Eric is an award-winning journalist who earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rhodes College. Among his many writing stints, he has worked as a sports reporter in Alaska, and also has written for a children's hospital and major university.
More recently, he spent close to eight years as a business reporter and editor for The Daily News in Memphis – renowned as America's Distribution Center – where he covered logistics, distribution and commercial real estate. While covering a wide range of distribution-related topics, Eric is interested in warehousing, shipping and supply chain management.
