A featured speaker at industry conferences, Garrison has nearly 30 years of experience in private equity and real estate investments.

Garrison is an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst and has served on multiple boards, both for corporations and associations. Garrison consults on various projects requiring intensive analytical and research capabilities for MDM and for companies conducting due diligence. Garrison holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
