EDGE Global Supply Acquires Italian Distributor Technology BSA

The expansion is the first for EDGE in Europe.

EDGE Global Supply has acquired Technology BSA SpA, an Italian automation and mechatronics distributor and an authorized distributor for Rockwell automation. Terms were not disclosed.

EDGE Global Supply is a limited liability corporation developed and owned by a group of North American based distributor members. The expansion is the first for EDGE in Europe.
