Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has acquired MESTECH Services, Pune, India, a global provider of Manufacturing Execution Systems/Manufacturing Operations Management, digital solutions consulting and systems integration services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
