Industrial fastener distributor LINC Systems, Westfield, IN, has acquired Numax, New Windsor, NY. The newly combined company will operate under the name LINC Systems Inc.
The acquisition will improve efficiencies to the company's infrastructure.
Ron Hunkapillar, owner of Numax, will stay with the new company, as well as most of the Numax employees.
LINC Systems operates in 22 states.
