Singer Equities Acquires Texas Rubber Supply

Singer will add resources to the Texas Rubber organization to expand operations in the region.

Singer Equities has acquired Texas Rubber Supply, Dallas, TX.

Texas Rubber Supply will continue to go to market under its present name with existing management and personnel. Texas Rubber, with locations in Dallas and Ft. Worth, will become part of the growing Singer presence in Texas and will operate with its National Hose and Accessory affiliate headquartered in Houston and managed by Mike Johnson, vice president and general manager.

Singer will add resources to the Texas Rubber organization to expand operations in the region.

Singer Equities has 37 locations specializing in industrial rubber products and services to include industrial hose, hydraulic hose, fluid power, conveyor belt and gaskets. 

Singer Equities, along with Bishop Lifting Products, are wholly owned subsidiaries of SBP Holdings and through its 41 locations provide industrial rubber and wire rope and rigging products to a broad range of industrial end markets.
