SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has joined forces with Bill Wahl Supply Inc. (BWS), a New Jersey-based distributor of residential roofing products and accessories. BWS will become part of the SRS Distribution family of companies, the distributor said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
BWS was founded in 1988 in Blackwood, N.J., and has a second location in Vineland, N.J. The deal expands SRS’ business into Southern New Jersey, increasing its footprint from the Greater Philadelphia area to the New Jersey Shore Points, the company said.
BWS’ team of more than 25 employees will remain with the company, SRS Distribution also said.
