Automotive parts distributor National Oak Distributors (NOD) and Integrated Supply Network (ISN) announced on April 1 that the companies have completed a merger between the two.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NOD is a distributor of automotive paint, body products and equipment, providing customers with over 20,000 unique items. Based in Florida, the company operates more than 20 warehouses and facilities, offering next-day delivery to a majority of customers throughout the U.S.

Based in Lakeland, FL, ISN is a distributor of automotive tools, equipment and supplies to a diverse range of channels, including mobile tool dealers, auto parts stores and eCommerce jobs. The company operates from distribution centers across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

According to both companies, the merger will enhance value for customers and suppliers by offering a wider selection of products, increased geographic reach, expanded distribution capabilities and access to value-added services and solutions.

The merged company will leverage its combined strengths to offer customers improved access to a wider array of resources, expertise, technologies and distribution capabilities, while also expanding exposure to new products, regions and sales channels, all under a unified commitment to customer success.
