Texas-based roofing and building supplies distributor SRS Distribution said March 3 that it has acquired Exteriors Inc., a Bowling Green, Kentucky-based distributor of roofing, siding, windows, doors and other similar products.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Exteriors Founder Samir Rastoder is expected to continue to lead the company’s team, ensuring “continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees,” SRS said.

“We are pleased to welcome Samir and his entire team to the SRS family,” said Dan Tinker, President and CEO of SRS. “Exteriors is highly complementary to our existing footprint and grants access to a new market in Bowling Green. We plan to accelerate Exteriors’ growth through an expanded product portfolio, including a full line of residential & commercial roofing materials and accessories.”

SRS ranked No. 6 on among MDM’s 2022 Top Building Materials/Construction Distributors.
