MRO products distributor and cost savings provider Stellar Industrial Supply signed a letter of intent to acquire Rocky Mountain Cutting Tools.
Terms were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close on June 30.

Based in Frederick, CO, RMCT is a distributor specializing in carbide indexable cutting tools and inserts for the machining industry. The company provides a wide selection of carbide tools, advanced hole-making and threading technologies, abrasives and inventory management solutions. RMCT serves customers throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado’s Front Range.
