Pipes, valves and fittings distributor MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC), Houston, TX, has announced a rebranding of its global brands, including the adoption of a new logo to represent its global brand. While the company will continue to operate with sub-brands when appropriate, its primary identity will be the MRC Global brand.

This change will be most notable in the United States. The company's U.S. business was previously known as McJunkin Red Man Corp. after the 2007 merger between McJunkin Corp. and Red Man Pipe and Supply. It will now operate under the brand MRC Global.
