San Francisco-based rebate and pricing management solutions provider Enable appointed Phil Davis as President, who will report directly to CEO Andrew Butt.

Enable said Davis will play a central role in scaling the AI-powered company’s operations and deepening its category leadership. He brings operational, strategic and capital markets experience to Enable.

Davis has been CFO at several software companies and helped scale others through roles at McKinsey and Vista Equity Partners. Davis served as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised tech companies on IPOs, M&A and capital raises. With a background as an AI software engineer at MIT, he also brings technical expertise and a data-driven approach to support efficient, focused growth.

“Phil’s appointment comes at a transformative moment in Enable’s journey,” Butt said in a May 14 news release. “His rare combination of operational excellence, strategic vision, and deep capital markets expertise will be instrumental as we revolutionize the landscape. His leadership will be a catalyst for our next growth chapter.”
