Irving, Texas-based FleetPride Inc., a distributor of truck and trailer parts and service in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, announced two recent acquisitions in Idaho and Oklahoma.

On Dec. 13, the company said it had acquired the assets of Berggren Diesel, Inc. based in Idaho Falls, Idaho with a second location in Terreton, Idaho. Berggren Diesel is a full-service shop operating on heavy duty trucks and equipment since 2013, Fleet Pride said.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Berggren Diesel is FleetPride’s 12th acquisition this year.

A week earlier, FleetPride announced it had also acquired Harland Diesel Service, Inc., located in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Harland Diesel Service is a full-service diesel shop operating on diesel trucks and heavy equipment since 1979, FleetPride said.
