Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH), Cleveland, Ohio, reported sales for 2019 of $1.6 billion, a 2.4% decrease from 2018. Profit fell from $53.6 to $38.6 million.

For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales of $380 million, down 6.4% over the same period a year ago. Profit fell from $14.8 million to $7.6 million.
