Winsupply Inc., Dayton, Ohio, on Wednesday announced it has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Coastal Supply, a specialty plumbing distributor in Greenville, North Carolina. Atlantic Coastal Supply focuses on commercial and institutional customers including municipalities, schools, hospitals and prisons. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
John Meeks, president of Atlantic Coastal Supply, will remain president. Meeks owns the company along with his sister, Lea Meeks-Blinson. The business was founded in 1992 by their father.
