Rexnord Acquires Green Turtle

Rexnord (NYSE: RXN), Milwaukee, WI,  has acquired Green Turtle Technologies Ltd., Green Turtle Americas Ltd. and Filamat Composites Inc. Based in Toronto, Ontario, and Charlotte, North Carolina, Green Turtle is a provider of wastewater pretreatment solutions for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.

Green Turtle will operate as part of Zurn Industries, LLC, a provider of commercial plumbing products within Rexnord’s water management platform.

Green Turtle products address the developing need for outdoor interceptors and support the Zurn growth strategy to increase total content in non-residential construction and retrofit applications.
