SRS Distribution to Acquire American Roofing Supply

SRS Distribution, McKinney, TX, a roofing distribution holding company, has agreed to acquire American Roofing Supply, Denver, CO. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

American Roofing Supply is a family owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. The company covers a primary market area of Eastern Colorado and the Front Range, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors and remodelers.

As a result of this acquisition, SRS will transition all existing and future Colorado locations to operate under the American Roofing Supply name.
