Walter Surface Technologies, Montreal, Quebec, has appointed Chester Collier to senior vice president and general manager of the company’s Bio-Circle North America division. Collier, who will report directly to Walter President and COO Mike Christodoulou, will be based in the company's U.S. headquarters, Windsor, CT. He will be responsible for driving profitable growth and ensuring operational excellence.

“Chester is a valuable asset to the company,” Christodoulou said. “His extensive career spans three decades of unparalleled industry leadership and strategic partnership building. He has done an exemplary job building relationships at the executive level of our largest partners and we are delighted that he will be taking on this new challenge.”

Collier has worked for Walter for 35 years, most recently serving as senior vice president of global distribution. He is a member of MDM's editorial advisory board.
