Denver, CO-based ProBuild Holdings Inc., No. 1 on MDM’s list oftop 10 building materials and construction distributors, has appointed Bill Myrick chief executive office. Myrick succeeds Paul Hylbert who has served in that post since 2007. Hylbert will continue to serve as a senior advisor and director of ProBuild’s board.

Myrick joined ProBuild in 2007 and has been the company’s COO since 2008.

ProBuild currently operates more than 470 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers serving 42 U.S. states.
